This is my second time interning at this office, so I have the same co-workers and the same building/workspace etc. I enjoy all of it just as I did last time. The people that work here are all very friendly and work well together in order to make sure everything is organized, planned, and scheduled. My job and plan is to make a similar research project to what I did last time. Being a research project, research binders, and a presentation for my office at the end regarding legislation specifically involving climate change and human rights. I’m excited to continue to build off of the project I created last time and “follow up” on my research. There’s not much I’m worried about because I am well-adjusted and prepared because of my previous similar experience; other than now I have the stats class on my plate as well and have decided to study in my free time at work. As for skills that I’ve been taught here at this internship I’ve learned how to write and research significantly better.

For my internship I'll be returning to Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. I chose to come back here because I'm going to make a follow up research project that continues where my last one left off. The project is about climate change & human rights. My mentor is Chris Frahm and I'm excited to return to the office where I know my co-workers and mentors well and continue the work on my project. I'm worried about balancing my college class as well as the internship while also planning all of my college stuff for class registration and orientation.
